As a child, Jenny was captivated by her Mom and Grandmother’s talents in crochet, sewing, and even holiday table arrangements that could rival Martha Stewart and Better Homes and Gardens. They nurtured her creative spirit and taught her the art of crafting her own creations. Jenny’s most cherished childhood gift was a small plastic craft box that contained everything she needed to learn the art of embroidery. From that moment on, her creative outlets were vast and ever-evolving, with jewelry making becoming her most enduring form of expression.
Jenny embarked on her jewelry-making and Shimmer and Shine journey back in 2011 when she first showcased her creations at Bitterman’s on Main Street. Following the store’s closure, she found a welcoming home for her jewelry at River City Coffee. Even today, you can still find a selection of her exquisite pieces there.
